Tim has over 40 years experience in the resource industry. He has been involved in the formation and management of a number of publicly listed companies and is currently the Chairman of DevEx Resources Limited, Non-Executive Director of Minerals 260 Limited and Non-Executive Director of PhosEnergy Limited.
Tony has over 30 years of experience in the minerals industry including senior roles in Operations, Strategy and Planning, Business Development and Business Transformation for BHP and Rio Tinto. He has led teams operating across Australia, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Tony holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
Mr Cipriano is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ accounting and finance experience. Anthony was formerly a senior partner at Deloitte and National Tax Leader for Energy & Resources and leader of its Western Australian Tax Practice. Anthony has significant experience working in the resource sector and in particular dealing with the corporate, legal and financial aspects associated with operating in that sector. He is currently Chairman of Minerals 260 Limited.
Craig is a geologist with over 30 years’ experience in mineral exploration and development. He co-founded Equinox Minerals Limited in 1993 and was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director prior to Barrick Gold's takeover of Equinox. He is currently Chairman of OreCorp Limited. He has been directly involved in several significant discoveries, including the Ernest Henry Deposit in Queensland and a series of gold deposits in Western Australia.
Jennifer Morris is an accomplished corporate executive and non-executive director, with key experience in advising corporations and government entities on strategy development, governance controls, complex large-scale business transformation, human capital related work, the embedding of ESG (environment, social and governance) related policies and the understanding of high-performance environments learned during her varied career including elite sport. She is a former partner of global professional services firm Deloitte where her career spanned more than 10 years working across the mining, government and transport sectors. She was also previously a Senior Marketing Analyst for Rio Tinto Iron Ore. Jennifer is a non-executive director of ASX-listed iron ore producer Fortescue Metals Group Ltd (ASX:FMG) and gold and copper producer Sandfire Resources Ltd (ASX:SFR).
Shane is a highly respected mining engineer and senior manager in the resource sector with over 25 years’ experience. He has a strong track record in starting up and operating mines of varying scale, with a skillset that includes project management, building highly capable teams and overseeing operational ramp-up to steady-state production. Shane also gained extensive experience in senior operational site management, predominantly in gold and base metal hard rock mines, prior to founding Entech in 2010.
He has since been involved in a diverse range of projects, both national and international, over a broad range of commodities, providing services including mining due diligence assessments, mining scoping studies, mining pre-feasibility and definitive feasibility studies.
Craig is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 15 years of accounting and corporate experience in the resources and energy industries. Craig commenced his career at Ernst & Young and has held a range of senior finance positions with publicly listed companies.
Adam is a mechanical engineer with a successful 20+ year career in project development and operational roles across Australia and Africa. Adam’s most recent role was COO for ASX-listed Nzuri Copper in the DRC. Adam has previously held senior management roles with Perseus Mining and TiZir Ltd.’s Grand Côte project as well as senior roles with Mineral Deposits Ltd, Placer Dome Asia Pacific and Lycopodium Engineering.
Clint is an experienced Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and has been involved with several listed companies operating in the resources sector, including Berkeley Energia Limited, and Sovereign Metals Limited. Clint is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (Chartered Secretary), and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Rob is a highly accomplished corporate affairs professional with an extensive and successful career in the resources sector. He has significant experience in strategic senior leadership, with primary emphasis on both external affairs and industry advocacy. Rob has previously held key positions in management consulting and business transformation.
